We also believe in taking full responsibility when things don’t go as they should. Over the past few months, our customer service has fallen short. Too slow, sometimes unresponsive, lacking attentiveness… in some cases, we failed to answer our customers. That’s a hard truth — but one we must face.
Today, things are changing. And this marks the beginning of a new chapter.
