Yes, shipping is FREE for countries within Europe (see previous list).

What is the delivery time?

Why does delivery take so long?
At The Carlight Club, each poster is made-to-order — we do not keep stock.
We take the time to print our posters on aluminum and plexiglass in France, carefully checking the quality of each piece.
Each poster is hand-assembled in our workshop in the north of Paris.
The printing and production time for each panel can take 5 to 7 days.
This should be followed by the estimated shipping time of 1 to 7 days (depending on the delivery method).
For countries outside Europe, delivery can take up to 30 business days.
Can I get it delivered faster?
No, it is not possible to expedite delivery.
However, some orders may arrive earlier than expected depending on our team’s workload.
Please note that these cases are rare and not the norm.
We therefore recommend relying on the estimated delivery times provided.
Which shipping carriers are used for deliveries?
We use the following carriers:
- Chronopost
- UPS
- Mondial Relay
- Relais Colis
- Happy-Post
The carrier is chosen internally by our team and cannot be selected during checkout.
Is it possible to deliver to a pickup point?
Yes, delivery to a pickup point is available. This option is only possible for the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic.
If you cannot select a pickup point during checkout, please use the home delivery option.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been shipped.
You can then track the delivery progress on the official website of the respective carrier.
Please note that tracking becomes active 12–24 hours after the carrier has picked up the package.
Warranty & Returns
How long is my poster covered under warranty?
All our posters are guaranteed for 1 year.
A 2-year warranty extension is available at a price of €19.99 including tax, bringing your total warranty to 3 years.
Covered by warranty:
- LED malfunction
- Power supply malfunction (mains or battery)
- LED detachment
- Detachment of the suspension rails
We cover any malfunction up to a limit of 2 replacements during the relevant warranty period.
Replacement of the complete poster under warranty:
- 1st replacement = Free
- 2nd replacement = €89.99 incl. VAT
Power system replacement under warranty:
- 1st replacement = Free
- 2nd replacement = €4.99 incl. VAT
Replacement of touch or wireless remote control under warranty:
- 1st replacement = Free
- 2nd replacement = €4.99 incl. VAT
Not covered by warranty:
- Grooves
- Broken glass
No claims will be accepted without proof of purchase, order number and any other information that can help us locate your order.
The neon LEDs do not light up.
If your LEDs do not light up, please ensure that:
- the power cable is properly plugged into an electrical outlet
- the remote control (if included) is connected to the poster cable, and the ON/OFF switch on the remote is pressed
- make sure the battery is charged (if included)
- replace the battery in the wireless remote control (if included).
If the issue persists, you will need to return the poster in its original packaging (or similar) for inspection and replacement.
Returns are free—please request a return slip from us.
If you do not have the original packaging, the return will be refused.
If your warranty is still valid, we will send you a new poster.

The neon LEDs do not fully light up.
If the neon LEDs light up but intermittently, please contact us by email with photos or videos of the issue: support@thecarlightclub.com.
You will then need to return the poster in its original packaging or similar for inspection and replacement.

If the original packaging is not available, the return will be refused.
If the warranty is still valid, we will send you a new poster.
The LED strip is peeling off
The LED strip is bonded with ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive.
However, due to atmospheric changes, the strips may occasionally detach. In such cases, please contact us by email with photos or videos of the issue: support@thecarlightclub.com.
You will then need to return the poster in its original packaging or similar for inspection and replacement.
Returns are free—please request a return slip from us.
If the original packaging is not available, the return will be refused.
If the warranty is still valid, we will send you a new poster.
Note: This occurrence is very rare and may only happen after around ten years.
The suspension rail is detaching.
This is a very rare case that affected a very small batch at the end of 2024.
The defect was corrected in December 2024.
You will then need to return the poster in its original packaging or similar for inspection and replacement.

Manufacturing
What material are the posters made of?
The LED neon posters from The Carlight Club are printed on two types of material, depending on the chosen option:
- 3mm thick Aluminium Dibond
- 5mm thick plexiglass
What is the difference between aluminum and plexiglass?
Aluminum Dibond:
We print each image directly onto matte aluminum. With a state-of-the-art 6-color printing system, the colors are vibrant and contrasting, lasting for years. This material provides an elegant metallic sheen, reminiscent of the automotive world.
Matte aluminum is perfect for those who don't want reflections and want to see the contours of the vehicle. It gives a strong presence, as if it were right next to you. However, it is susceptible to scratches.
Plexiglass:
Plexiglass is both elegant and robust, and it provides exceptional shine. The 5mm thickness adds a unique depth of color, drawing you into the image.
On plexiglass, the almost mirror-like effect will immerse you in the world of a high-end photographic gallery. This is a refined exhibition that places the vehicle on its "pedestal." Be careful of reflections, however, which will create a unique play of light.
Where are the posters manufactured?
The neon LED posters from The Carlight Club are printed in France.
We work with two printing workshops: one in Paris and one in Nice.
The final assembly of the posters is carried out in the Île-de-France region.
The LED strips, remote controls, batteries, and power supplies are manufactured in China.
Is this dropshipping?
No, it's not dropshipping.
Our products are printed in France and assembled in France in the Ile-de-France region.
All deliveries leave from the Ile-de-France region.
Where do the images come from?
The photos from The Carlight Club are created using various techniques and sources:
- 3D models
- Royalty-free photos for commercial use (retouched)
- Photos from private individuals (authorization obtained)
- Photos in collaboration with professional photographers (full rights)
The neon LED car and motorcycle posters from The Carlight Club are exclusive in terms of style, color, and photography. Our posters are sold exclusively on our website: www.thecarlightclub.com.
If you find the same designs on other websites, they are likely unauthorized copies.
We disclaim all responsibility for purchases made on other sites.
No claims will be accepted without proof of purchase, order number, and any other information that can help us locate your order.

What will I receive in the box?

How long is the power cable?
The total length is approximately 3 meters.
This leaves enough room to comfortably install your poster in the desired location.
Are there batteries in the wireless remote control (optional)?
Yes, the remote control supplied is already equipped with batteries of the following type:
- CR2032
Installation/Use
How to hang the poster?
Whether it is aluminum or plexiglass, the installation is the same.
It is made easy by our aluminum rail system installed behind each poster.
You have the following options:
- place on the floor or on a table
- on the wall with nails or screws
- on the wall with plastic or metal hooks specially for paintings
- on the wall with Command™ type tabs
Whichever method you choose, your installation will always be enhanced by the "floating" effect of our posters.
Indeed, once installed on the wall, a space of approximately 15/25mm between the wall and the poster creates a floating effect worthy of an art gallery.
How do I connect my poster?
When installing your poster you will need to connect several cables.
The poster is already equipped with a female jack cable. Follow these steps:
- Connect the touch remote to the poster via the poster's female jack socket
- Connect the power supply to the touch remote control
- Connect the power cable to the power supply unit
- Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
And there you have it! Your poster can light up!
For the cordless versions with rechargeable battery, no cable is required.
How to change the intensity of LED neon lights?
Depending on the model you ordered, changing the light intensity is either: impossible or different.
For wired versions there are two ways to change the light intensity:
- With the touch remote control, by long pressing the ON/OFF button, it will then be possible to modulate the light intensity of the poster.
- With the wireless remote control (optional) by pressing the up or down buttons
Note for battery versions:
- It is not possible to change the light intensity
- The light intensity will decrease when the battery is running low.
How long does the battery last on the wireless version?
If you have chosen a poster with the wireless option on rechargeable battery, here are some details:
The battery capacity is 3000mAH.
For use of approximately 1 hour per day, the poster can light up for approximately 1 week before its next recharge.
The included charger allows the battery to be fully recharged in 4 hours.
Custom request
Can I choose a vehicle that is not on the site?
If the model or color of the vehicle you want is not present in our collection, it is not possible to request its custom manufacturing.
Our collection strives to be as broad as possible, and offers the most iconic models from the world of cars and motorcycles, and across all eras.
Can I have my vehicle on poster?
Yes, it is possible to have a poster with your personal vehicle.
Please read the restrictions in our blog post.
It will be important to respect the defined rules, for a better result.

How to order a custom poster?
Before placing an order, please read the rules and constraints relating to "custom-made" products.
To order, go to the "Custom-made" section in the navigation menu of the website www.thecarlight.com .
All information relating to "custom-made" orders is indicated in the "custom-made" product sheet.
How do I pay for a “custom-made” order?
Go to the "Custom-made" section, then choose the "custom-made" product.
Add the product to the cart and proceed to payment.
It is necessary to enter your bank details to validate your "custom-made" request.
This is a prepayment, you will only be debited when the order is produced, after validation of our visual proposal.
You will then receive an email so that you can send us the files necessary to create your request.
What is the lead time for “custom-made”?
Once your order has been placed, please allow 7 working days for processing your images.
After validation, production and delivery time will be between 7 and 12 working days.
In total after ordering: between 14 and 19 working days.
Why is it taking so long?
We'll take the time to review your images, edit them, send them to you, and then wait for your approval. This can take a little while.
Production will then be launched individually, followed by manufacturing in our workshop.
Why is it more expensive?
We handle each custom order on a case-by-case basis. The price covers the time it takes to create your product from your photos and one-off production. Therefore, we cannot achieve economies of scale when producing large quantities.
What if it doesn't suit me?
First of all, we reserve the right to refuse any project whose final quality is deemed insufficient. (Often the quality of the photos or incompatible shots)
However, if our proposal does not suit you, then the order will be cancelled. At no additional cost to you.
