Requirements
The following requirements are essential to ensure a high-quality, personalized artwork.
Quality First
We strongly recommend using a high-quality digital camera or hiring a professional photographer to achieve the best possible results. Our posters are printed in a 60x40cm format, and any flaw in image quality will be immediately noticeable.
Therefore, we do not accept photos taken with a smartphone.
- Minimum resolution: 12 megapixels (the higher, the better!)
- Accepted file formats: TIFF, PNG, JPEG, PDF only
- Image ratio: 3:2 landscape or portrait (we will crop the image if the ratio is incorrect)
- File resolution: 300 dpi recommended – 150 dpi accepted
- Maximum number of photos: 4
What type of photo and angle should you use?
Below are examples of what to do—and what to avoid.
In this example, the original photo on the left is taken from too far away from the headlight. The headlight must occupy a significant portion of the image to ensure the LED strips are large enough.
Ensure a stable shooting angle. The image on the left was taken very close to the vehicle using a smartphone, resulting in visible distortion.
The image on the right was captured from a long distance using a telephoto lens (e.g. 70–200mm), producing a much more accurate perspective.
The shot must be zoomed in on the specific part of the vehicle you want to highlight.
A full view of the car is not suitable.
How long to make?
Once your order is placed, please allow 7 business days for us to process your images.
After image approval, production and shipping will take 7 to 12 business days.
In total: expect 14 to 19 business days from the date of your order.
Why does it take so long?
We take the time to carefully review and retouch your images, then send them back to you for approval.
This back-and-forth process may take a few days depending on your response time.
Once approved, your product is produced individually in our workshop with full attention to detail.
Why is it more expensive?
Each order is custom-made and handled on a case-by-case basis.
The price reflects the time spent creating a unique design from your photos, along with the cost of producing a one-off piece.
As a result, we are unable to benefit from large-scale production cost savings.
What if I don’t like the result?
We reserve the right to decline any project if we believe the final quality will be insufficient (often due to poor image quality or incompatible angles).
If you’re not satisfied with our proposal, the order will be canceled at no additional cost to you.
That’s why it’s essential to review our photo guidelines to ensure your project can be successfully completed.
Can I request something other than my vehicle?
Unfortunately, no.
Our goal is to create artworks that reflect our passionate community and stay true to its identity.
